EKR-G39 (added farm tag 940) with ewe lamb 0997. G39 is 5 years old and the lamb was a twin but we lost her sister. We sheared her in the fall, unfortunately, because that caused her to use more energy to keep warm, especially during a terrible cold spell. She was thinner than she should have been at lambing and the lambs were also smaller. The ewe lamb is still small but looks good. I expect she will catch up with the others with time. She was 36.5 lbs on June 5 with an average daily gain of .295 lbs. $625 for the pair.
